Rick Gareau is the third child of twelve children and was married in April of 1977. Has 3 children of his own and one granddaughter. Received a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Dayton in 1976. He started Midwest Transatlantic Lines in October of 1980. Licensed Customs Broker, NVOCC, International Freight Forwarder, IATA Agent. MTA joined United Shipping in 1990. Rick became a member of the United Shipping Lines Board of Directors in June of 2003.
